KARIM ZARKA

Executive Director

With over 27 years in the media and communication fields, Karim holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Beirut University College. Prior to joining Chedid Capital, Karim was the CEO of Grey Group in Doha for a period of 12 years and is currently an Executive Director at Chedid Capital.

Beside his role of managing the Corporate Communication and Marketing department at Chedid Capital, Karim plays a role in the business development of the Group and was appointed recently Managing Director of Al Afaq Insurance Brokers.

JOSETTE ARAMOUNI

Director

Josette is a Senior Manager at Chedid Insurance Brokers Network’s business development unit, and Director of ult.society and ult. – the High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) specialized division of Chedid Insurance Brokers Network.
Prior to this role, Josette served as Senior Branch Manager at Bank Audi in Lebanon, where she managed and expanded high-profile portfolios both locally and internationally. In previous roles, Josette has also built extensive expertise in commercial and corporate strategy. Josette holds an Executive MBA from ESA Business School and ESCP-EAP, along with multiple certifications in financial regulations, business conduct, and leadership. She has completed certifications in "Art Business Essentials" and "Introduction to Contemporary Art" from Sotheby's Institute of Art and is currently pursuing an Arts Management Certificate from ESA Business School.

MYRIAM KHAJIKIAN

Marketing Director

Myriam is a seasoned marketing executive with over 16 years of experience shaping brand strategy, corporate communications, and cultural transformation across the MENA region. In her current role at Chedid Capital as Marketing Director, she leads strategic marketing, creative direction, and stakeholder engagement.  Prior to joining the group, Myriam held senior leadership communications and business development remits across Qatar’s financial and creative sectors – including at International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) and Ogilvy, where she drove high-impact communications strategies during periods of transformation and growth. Her work spans complex merger communications, large-scale campaigns, and pan-regional positioning initiatives.  
Myriam holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an MBA in Marketing Management. She is also a published author of four novels (Lou, Farah, Malak, and Clara) exploring women’s identity, resilience, and spirit.
