In Rewind, Yervant Hawarian returns to his roots: the hand-painted movie posters of 1950s-90s Lebanon that once animated Beirut’s streets and distilled a nation’s cinematic dreams.
Presented in collaboration with the Ramzi and Saeda Dalloul Art Foundation, Rewind places Hawarian’s posters within Lebanon’s visual heritage and positions them in dialogue with contemporary art practice.
