“Slow Burn” at the Beirut Art Center

Born from an open call to emerging artists across Lebanon and the region, Slow Burn unfolds as an exhibition in flux; a living process shaped by fire’s quiet power. What began as twenty proposals evolved into a collective studio, where artists worked, adapted, and transformed in real time. Neither blaze nor ash, Slow Burn dwells in the in-between: where energy simmers, where resistance becomes form, where transformation is felt before it’s seen.
